Job summary

Reducto, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead in an in-person role in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. You will own high-priority initiatives from scope to execution, partnering with an executive team to drive new GTM motions, partnerships, and data programs.

You’ll coordinate across Engineering, Product, GTM/Sales, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes. You will define success, build systems, and ship automation where appropriate, adapting to shifting priorities and ensuring

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or BizOps at SaaS companies.
• You've stood up a GTM/RevOps function from scratch or near-zero.
• Strong analytical and quantitative ability; able to build forecasts and models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operator and de facto owner for high-priority initiatives, driving them from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.
• Partner with the executive team on shifting priorities and new motions, pilots, or programs.
• Design 0-to-1 workflows and processes with clear standards for done; identify edge cases early.
