Job summary

Nabi is building the first AI-native health system and is seeking a GTM Operations leader to manage and grow the Provider Partnerships Manager team in San Francisco. You will establish cadence, own hiring, monitor performance, and create scalable playbooks to deliver care to more patients.

The role emphasizes strong people leadership, data-driven decision making, and ownership in a fast-moving startup environment focused on improving patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Provider Partnerships Manager team and improve performance.
• Establish operating cadence with goals, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, training, and performance reviews.
• Own end-to-end hiring for the team, including profiles, interviews, and onboarding.
• Monitor pipeline health and team performance using data to drive improvements.
• Build a playbook for provider partnerships to scale repeatable processes.
