Adyen is looking for a GTM Operations Manager in North America. Based in our San Francisco office, you will facilitate the regional GTM strategy and foster collaboration between Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Partnerships and Account Management to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• 7+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or related roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate growth opportunities into practical solutions.
• Proven track record in GTM execution and revenue generation.
• Strong storytelling skills to convey value and impact.
• Experience with change management and process adoption.
• Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with NA regional leadership to elevate GTM execution and lead workshops and reviews.
• Translate insights into improvements and drive teams to implement them.
• Champion the global Revenue Operations agenda and initiatives.
• Identify operational gaps and drive data hygiene improvements in NA.
• Influence implementation of processes, systems, and tools.
• Support regional goal setting in collaboration with Analytics.
• Align on prioritization with Revenue Technology and global GTM Ops.
• Connect regional teams to exchange best practices.
