Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM Operations, RevOps, or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building or maintaining commission calculations and compensation plans; familiarity with Xactly or similar is a plus.
• Experience with GTM and sales tools such as Gong or Clay.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce end-to-end: configuration, reports, dashboards, automation, user management, integrations; handle opportunities, ARR reconciliation, ad hoc data tasks.
• Run monthly commission and variable compensation for sales and solutions consulting; rebuild calculations using AI tooling for speed and auditability.
• Lead annual commission planning, model costs of changes, support territory/quota planning and systems migrations.
• Compute and report monthly contribution margin; support board reporting and OKR progress.
• Own Gong and Clay administration; manage licenses, integrations, trackers, alerts, and scorecards.
• Collaborate across Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success on cross-functional projects.
