Job summary

Arkose Labs, headquartered in San Mateo, CA, seeks an experienced GTM Operations professional to own the Salesforce backbone, commission calculations, margin analyses, and board reporting. This high-visibility role reports to sales leadership and requires trust across Finance, Legal, and Marketing.

The candidate will lead annual commission planning, design compensation schemes, and drive automation with AI tools to replace manual spreadsheet work, while coordinating cross-functionally to align

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM Operations, RevOps, or Sales Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (certification a plus).
• Experience building or maintaining commission calculations; familiarity with Xactly or similar platform is a strong plus.
• Experience with GTM and sales engagement tools such as Gong, Clay, or comparable platforms.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with ARR, contribution margin, and FP&A reconciliations.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and judgement to know when a spreadsheet is the right tool.
• Experience building executive and board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce administration and reporting end to end: configuration, dashboards, automation, user management, integrations.
• Run monthly commission and variable compensation calculations for sales and solutions consultants; rebuild with AI tooling.
• Lead annual commission planning and plan design with cross-functional partners; model costs and plan changes.
• Compute monthly contribution margin across deals and teams for visibility into profitable business.
• Produce the monthly pipeline reporting for the board and craft the Board Flash slides.
• Gather and publish monthly OKR progress across the company; flag drifting metrics early.
• Administer Gong: user/licensing, Salesforce integration, trackers, alerts, and dashboards.
• Manage Clay and marketing operations; support list building, data enrichment, audience segmentation.
