Rivian seeks a Project Manager for Enterprise GTM Operations to own the unified calendar, synchronize product launches, and drive cross-functional alignment. You will model capacity, frame tradeoffs for leadership, and evolve our planning system into an AI-native, scalable workflow.

This role partners with product, marketing, and finance to ensure timely, disciplined execution across campaigns. You will champion an AI-forward approach, maintain governance, and orchestrate large-scale programs

Qualifications

• GTM experience in automotive or hardware industries.
• Strong PM capabilities with deadline discipline and execution tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; synthesize alignment for leadership.
• Proactive, relentless operator who resolves ambiguity and pushes teams to clarity.
• AI-first fluency with hands-on proficiency in contemporary AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Calendar & Launch Management: Own the unified enterprise GTM calendar and coordinate launches and campaigns.
• Capacity Modeling & Balancing: Model capacity and balance workloads across workstreams.
• Strategic Escalation & Framing: Frame cross-department tradeoffs for leadership decisions.
• Systems of Record & Governance: Maintain central system of record (Airtable) and governance docs.
• Enterprise Orchestration: Connect dots across the org and run core planning meetings.
• Brief Intake & Process Governance: Manage intake and consolidation of Campaign/Creative/Execution briefs.
• Cross-Functional Seam Discipline: Interface with Finance, Legal, Product Eng to align budgets and regulatory needs.
• Surge Project Orchestration: Provide bandwidth for high-priority surge requests and events.
