Responsibilities

• Own and manage the unified enterprise GTM calendar across teams for alignment.
• Model resources and balance workloads with cross-functional teams.
• Frame complex tradeoffs and manage strategic escalations for priorities.
• Maintain central system of record (AirTable) and governance docs.
• Connect the organization, run planning meetings, monitor execution pipeline.
• Enforce strict brief discipline for Campaign/Creative/Execution packages.
• Interface with Finance, Legal, and Product Eng to streamline handoffs.
• Provide bandwidth for surge projects and major initiatives without derailing operations.
