• GTM experience in automotive or hardware industries.
• Disciplined project management with strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve ambiguity and drive teams to final clarity.
• Hands-on proficiency with contemporary AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the unified enterprise GTM calendar across product launches and campaigns.
• Model resource capacity and balance workloads across workstreams.
• Frame cross-department tradeoffs and manage strategic escalations.
• Maintain central system of record (Airtable) and governance documents.
• Lead enterprise-wide orchestration and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee intake and governance of Campaign, Creative, and Execution briefs.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and Product Engineering to streamline handoffs.
• Provide capacity to absorb high-priority surge requests without affecting baseline operations.
