Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned operations professional to join the GTM Business Excellence team. You will translate complex business decisions into scalable processes, policies, and playbooks that support Direct Sales and Channel, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk.

You will own cross-functional workstreams and design SOPs to drive adoption. You will work at the center of GTM motions, turning complexity into clarity and enabling Zoom to sell and scale with strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5+ years in Sales Operations or similar.
• Experience with enterprise GTM systems and translating requirements into specs.
• Knowledge of commercial policies and cross-functional GTM processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, mapping, and documentation skills.
• Project management experience with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate feasibility of go-to-market initiatives across Direct and Channel, assessing downstream impacts.
• Own assigned workstreams, track milestones, dependencies, and risks with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into scalable processes and system specs with Enterprise Systems.
• Design and maintain repositories of business decisions and policies.
• Create process maps and SOPs; ensure consistency across routes to market.
• Analyze support trends to identify root causes and improve processes.
• Serve as SME in opportunity lifecycle and quoting processes; prioritize improvements.
• Build training materials and run workshops to drive adoption.
• Develop reports on process adherence, data quality, and cycle times.
• Identify and pilot automation/AI opportunities to reduce manual effort.
