Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics, smart home, appliances, durable consumer goods, or related consumer technology industries.
• 3+ years of product management or portfolio management experience; adjacent functions such as go-to-market, category management, commercial strategy, or sales and channel strategy.
• Ability to synthesize insights, market trends, and performance into clear product, portfolio, pricing, assortment, positioning, and lifecycle recommendations with data-driven tradeoffs.
• Strong understanding of Americas consumers, retail channels, including experience with major retailers such as Amazon.
• Familiarity with syndicated market data sources (e.g., Circana) and retailer performance data.
• Strong commercial judgment linking consumer needs, retailer requirements, pricing, and business outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize diverse inputs into strategic direction.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills for senior leaders across functions.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual planning process and manage the Americas premium product portfolio by coordinating inputs and milestones with regional and global stakeholders.
• Translate market requirements into an annual regional lineup for premium products, defining product and SKU roles, target consumers, and pricing bands.
• Use research, retailer feedback, competitive activity, and market trends to shape MSRP, pricing architecture, exclusives, and assortment strategy.
• Represent Americas in global product planning discussions and contribute data-driven business cases for decisions.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate portfolio strategy into launch messaging, sales-enablement tools, and retailer narratives.
• Monitor portfolio and SKU performance; propose actions across pricing, assortment, positioning, and lifecycle strategy.
• Build relationships across North America and China teams to align stakeholders around evidence-based recommendations.
