Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Live Self-Service to own end-to-end GTM planning, launches, and cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, marketing, and sales. This role partners with Ads PMM, Sales GTM, and business teams to translate roadmaps into market-ready releases and ensure alignment.

You will build repeatable intake processes, dashboards, and status narratives for leadership, manage timelines, monitor risks, and drive timely delivery in a fast-moving ads

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience building launch readiness frameworks and scalable deployment mechanisms.
• Experience coordinating with product, engineering, marketing and sales teams.
• Demonstrated technical fluency and ability to understand architectures and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full GTM planning calendar for Live Self-Service launches and market rollouts.
• Define and manage the product GTM intake process from surface to priority to tracking.
• Drive cross-functional launch coordination between product/engineering and marketing/sales GTM teams.
• Produce program status updates, milestones, risks, and leadership-facing narratives.
