Job summary

The San Francisco Compute Company is hiring a Go-To-Market Generalist to lead relationships with AI labs, startups, and enterprises needing compute. You will own the full sales cycle, manage an individual pipeline, and partner with technical and executive buyers on GPU compute solutions.

In-office presence required Monday through Friday in San Francisco, with a focus on building scalable GTM strategies and closing multi-million-dollar deals in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales or account exec roles focusing on technical buyers.
• Proven record of owning and closing full-cycle deals.
• Pre-existing network or experience selling to AI labs, infra buyers, or enterprise teams.
• Comfortable explaining technical topics (GPU architecture, cluster performance, procurement).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• High ownership and bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition & Pipeline Management: Hunt for new business and build a pipeline of qualified leads in target enterprise and infrastructure accounts.
• Deal Execution & Onboarding: Conduct discovery calls and demos; lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Account Mapping & GTM Strategy: Represent the company at events; leverage channels to engage and convert leads.
