Nelnet is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, customer adoption, and operational execution.

You will define launch plans, measure performance, manage agencies and internal stakeholders, and translate market feedback into actionable GTM decisions to drive scalable growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or related.
• Experience launching net-new products and defining GTM measures.
• Understanding of positioning, demand gen, enablement, events, partnerships.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing external agencies and contractors for GTM.

Mansioni

• Design and own the integrated GTM strategy and launch plan with target audiences, messaging, channels, and milestones.
• Develop market positioning and buyer value propositions to enable sales.
• Drive market activation and demand-gen through campaigns, conferences, partnerships, and events.
• Build sales enablement and market-facing resources, including case studies and references.
• Translate feedback into GTM decisions and refine messaging and programs.
• Determine resources, scope agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Define measures and rhythm to evaluate GTM performance and adjust priorities.
• Continuously improve GTM to build scalable growth engine.
