Reddit is seeking a solution builder focused on Go-to-market Insights and Automation to join our Central Operations team. You will design and implement workflows to automate reporting, ensuring sales teams have the insights they need with minimal manual overhead.

As part of Central Ops, you will bridge strategy and technical execution, working across a sophisticated tool stack to solve real-world operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases; write complex, performant queries.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go for building data pipelines and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate into clear data-driven recommendations.
• Owner mindset with hands-on execution, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute Technical Builds: design and develop data models and robust pipelines across core tools.
• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
• Align with Business Metrics: ensure reporting aligns with measurable objectives such as saving Account Managers time.
• Establish Governance: define and implement best practices for tool usage and reporting consistency.
• Drive Technical innovation: identify data quality issues and advocate for new technologies to improve the data platform.
