Job summary

Reddit is seeking a solution builder focused on Go-to-market Insights and Automation to join Central Operations. You will design and implement workflows that automate our reporting ecosystem, providing sales teams with timely insights while reducing manual overhead.

You will work across a sophisticated tool stack (BigQuery, Matik, Clay, Gong, etc.), building data models and pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
• Experience writing complex, performant SQL queries and understanding query optimization.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python or Go) for data pipelines and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical builds in core tools to automate reporting objectives and design data models and robust pipelines.
• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
• Align reporting builds with measurable business objectives and demonstrate impact, such as saving Account Managers time.
• Establish governance by defining best practices for tool usage and reporting consistency.
• Drive technical innovation by identifying data quality issues and advocating new technologies.
