Job summary

Reddit is seeking a solution builder focused on Go-to-market Insights and Automation to join our Central Operations team. You will design and implement automated reporting workflows, helping sales teams access timely insights with minimal manual overhead.

You'll work across a sophisticated tool stack (e.g., BigQuery, Matik, Clay, Gong) to model data, govern quality, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions while collaborating with product and sales stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases; write complex, performant queries.
• Strong programming skills in at least one scripting language (Python or Go).
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver data-driven recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute Technical Builds: Develop data models and pipelines across tools to automate reporting objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Align reporting with measurable business objectives, such as saving Account Managers time.
• Establish governance: define best-practice recipes for tool usage and reporting consistency.
• Drive technical innovation and resolve data quality issues across the data platform.
