Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a solution builder focused on Go-to-market Insights and Automation to join our Central Operations team.

You will design and implement workflows that automate our reporting ecosystem, giving sales teams timely, data-driven insights. You will bridge strategy and execution across a modern tool stack (BigQuery, Matik, Clay, Gong) and collaborate with sales and product stakeholders to ensure governance, data quality, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or related field.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases; write complex, performant queries.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go for data pipelines and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate complex problems into clear data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute Technical Builds: design and develop data models and robust pipelines across core tools to automate reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Align reporting with measurable business objectives to save time for Account Managers.
• Establish governance by defining best-practice recipes for tool usage and reporting consistency.
• Drive technical innovation and improve data quality and reliability across platforms.
