Job summary

Lenovo in Morrisville NC is seeking a Senior Finance Partner to join a hybrid work model. You will partner with ISG GTM leadership, drive performance through revenue and profitability insights, and lead planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support.

The role requires 8+ years in finance and willingness to relocate to the North American HQ. The position emphasizes executive storytelling, cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Strategy, Product, and Finance, and advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant, hands-on experience in finance, business planning, or related commercial roles.
• Located near, or willing to relocate to the Morrisville NC North American HQ with expectation of Hybrid 3 days in the office.

• Drive business performance through insights on revenue, profitability, pipeline, investments, and resource allocation.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support processes.

• Develop executive-ready narratives that translate complex data into business decisions.
• Partner across Sales, Operations, Strategy, Product, and Finance teams to influence outcomes and drive accountability.
• Champion finance modernization through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication style with ability to influence executive leadership through financial acumen, data insights and storytelling.
• Proven experience in Business Finance, FPA, GTM Finance, or Commercial Finance.
• Demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed environment. Ability to work flexibly across time zones, including early morning or evening calls as needed to support global stakeholders
• Technology and data savvy, with a passion for leveraging AI and digital tools to elevate finance impact.
