Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Develop executive-ready narratives that translate complex data into business decisions.
Partner across Sales, Operations, Strategy, Product, and Finance teams to influence outcomes and drive accountability.
Champion finance modernization through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant, hands-on experience in finance, business planning, or related commercial roles.
Located near, or willing to relocate to the Morrisville NC North American HQ with expectation of Hybrid 3 days in the office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication style with ability to influence executive leadership through financial acumen, data insights and storytelling.
Proven experience in Business Finance, FP&A, GTM Finance, or Commercial Finance.
Demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed environment. Ability to work flexibly across time zones, including early morning or evening calls as needed to support global stakeholders
Technology and data savvy, with a passion for leveraging AI and digital tools to elevate finance impact.
