Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Finance leader to partner with the Global Product Services and Sustainability Portfolio Leader in a hybrid role. You will drive strategic financial guidance, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP alignment across geographies, influencing senior leadership decisions in a fast-paced, global setting.

You will own financial models, review proposals, develop scenarios, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with tax rules and GAAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
7+ years of relevant, hands-on experience in finance, business planning, or related commercial roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Demonstrated financial acumen, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Serve as the finance lead for Sustainability Global Product Services Portfolios, providing strategic financial guidance on models, investments, and performance.
Lead the annual budget planning process with cross-functional teams.
Own and coordinate the global monthly forecasting process across geographies.
Review pricing delegations and alignment with GAAP and local tax requirements; approve business cases and investment proposals.
Co-develop financial models and scenarios for offerings and ensure financial integrity.
Define, track, and drive key operational KPIs to support business performance.
