Job summary

Docusign is seeking a senior FP&A professional to join the Go-to-Market finance team in a hybrid capacity. You will support corporate marketing and communications with financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to influence business direction.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of FP&A and involves building financial models, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering actionable recommendations. Hybrid work setup with in-office expectations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of finance experience with budgeting, forecasting, annual planning and modeling.
• FP&A experience in a corporate environment at a public company or investment bank.
• Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the corporate marketing and communications teams.
• Build deep business partner relationships across the organization by understanding key drivers.
• Partner with GTM finance team and cross-functional partners on insights and process improvements.
• Develop financial models to streamline decision-making and highlight key drivers of performance.
• Own annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecast processes for the supported units.
• Support the Growth FP&A team with forecast consolidations and annual planning.
• Create presentations, reports and dashboards for senior leadership insights.
• Undertake ad hoc strategic projects.
