Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Sr. FP&A Manager to be the primary finance partner to the Commercial Sales organization, owning end-to-end planning for the North America unit.

You will build driver-based models, manage expenses, and collaborate with sales leadership to guide investments. Reporting to the Director, North America Sales and Global Partners, this role requires deep SaaS finance experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of FP&A or Sales Finance experience supporting a revenue-generating org.
• Experience managing topline forecasting and operating expense planning.
• Experience with sales economics: bookings, pipeline, quota, productivity, headcount.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets with driver-based forecasts.
• Experience forecasting headcount and operating expenses for large orgs.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A, forecasting, and analysis for NA Commercial Sales across topline and expenses.
• Develop and maintain driver-based topline models using key sales metrics.
• Own expense forecasting including headcount, compensation, and travel.
• Partner with Commercial Sales leadership to identify risks/opportunities and advise on investments.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning for the Commercial Sales org.
• Analyze variance vs plan for revenue, bookings, headcount, and expenses.
• Build models and scenario analyses for sales capacity and investments.
• Prepare financial results and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with financial narratives.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Analytics, and Accounting for KPI consistency.
• Improve forecasting processes, dashboards, and reporting for accuracy and scalability.
