Job summary

DocuSign is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support marketing and communications finance within a hybrid office setting in California. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and building financial models to influence strategic decisions.

You will partner with GTM finance and cross-functional teams, develop dashboards, and present performance insights to leadership. A strong background in finance within publicly traded companies or banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance with budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and financial modeling.
• FP&A experience in a corporate environment at a publicly-traded company or at an investment bank.
• Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the corporate marketing and communications teams
• Build deep business partner relationships across the organization by establishing trust and gaining an understanding of relevant business drivers
• Partner with the broader GTM finance team and cross functional partners on business and financial insights, and process improvements to address evolving business dynamics
• Develop financial models to streamline decision-making and highlight key drivers of past, current and future business performance
• Own annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecast processes inclusive of headcount and discretionary spend for business units supported
• Support the broader Growth FP&A team with forecast consolidations and annual planning
• Create presentations, reports and dashboards to advise senior leadership on the financial performance of their teams and provide guidance on opportunities and risks
• Undertake ad hoc strategic projects
