Job summary

DocuSign is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to own consolidated forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and annual planning. You will partner with CFO, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financials, robust models, and clear executive reporting.

The role emphasizes building complex headcount and expense models, driving process improvements, and ensuring data integrity across planning cycles. Hybrid work with strong analytical impact.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in business, finance, economics, accounting or related fields.
• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or similar with forecasting and modeling.
• Experience building multi-variable headcount and operating expense models.
• Experience managing consolidated monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close.
• Experience with Oracle and Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage consolidated forecasting processes across monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
• Build and optimize the company-wide headcount financial model including hiring, attrition, and compensation forecasting.
• Develop robust corporate financial models to track key metrics and assess risks and opportunities.
• Track forecast accuracy and drive scalable process improvements for predictability.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform executive recommendations.
• Partner with FP&A to deliver consolidated financials and board-level narratives.
• Support month-end close and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Serve as a SME for financial planning tools (Oracle EPM) and champion AI-first initiatives.
