Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A or strategic finance in high-growth SaaS.
• Strong grasp of ARR, bookings, pipeline, rep productivity metrics.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM Finance strategy for Sales, Marketing, CS and GTM Ops.
• Own bookings, ARR, pipeline, capacity, and spend planning.
• Oversee sales compensation design, forecasting, and governance.
• Build driver-based models connecting pipeline to revenue and profitability.
• Develop AI/automation initiatives to improve forecasting and reporting.
