OpenKrill is seeking a Senior Director of GTM Finance to lead the financial strategy across the go-to-market organization. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM Operations to turn growth objectives into actionable plans spanning bookings, pipeline, capacity, and profitability.

The role requires deep SaaS and GTM operating experience, with a focus on modernizing how GTM Finance operates through AI, automation, and analytics.

Qualificações

• 12+ years in FP&A or strategic finance with leadership in a high-growth SaaS or recurring revenue business.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and GTM economics including ARR, bookings, pipeline, conversion, retention, and customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience owning or materially influencing GTM planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Strong experience partnering with senior Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance executives.
• Meaningful experience with sales compensation strategy, plan modeling, quota economics, commissions forecasting, or commissions administration.
• Strong command of operating expense and headcount management, with the ability to connect investments to business outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to move between detailed operating analysis and executive-level discussions.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience building driver-based forecasts and scenarios in complex environments.
• Ability to translate large amounts of financial and operational data into concise insights, recommendations, and actions.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, systems, controls, and operating discipline.
• Strong interest in AI and automation for Finance productivity, analysis, or decision support.
• High ownership mindset, driving important work while building a scalable team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering; MBA/CPA a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Finance partnership for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions, providing a clear financial point of view on performance and investments.
• Own GTM planning and forecasting across bookings, ARR, pipeline, capacity, productivity, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Develop a deep understanding of GTM performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities before they appear in results.
• Partner with Sales and GTM Operations on capacity planning, territory and quota assumptions, ramp, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to evaluate demand generation performance and allocation of resources across programs.
• Support Customer Success for retention, churn, and renewal economics, plus capacity planning.
• Lead financial strategy and governance for sales compensation plans, including design and cost forecasting.
• Oversee commissions forecasting and administration with focus on accuracy, controls, and scalability.
• Build executive-ready narratives connecting financial results with operational drivers.
• Provide financial leadership on major GTM initiatives, including new products and geographic expansion.
• Build and improve driver-based financial models linking pipeline and investments to bookings and profitability.
• Use AI, automation, and analytics to improve forecasting, reporting, and scenario planning.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual workflows and build scalable processes across planning and reporting.
• Establish clear metrics, cadences, and management reporting for faster decision-making.
• Lead and develop the GTM Finance team with clear accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
