You’ll work across need analysis, reference patterns, and reusable templates, while leveraging AI coding agents and Salesforce capabilities. A strong blend of business and technical fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building on the Salesforce platform: Apex, Flow, LWC, data modeling, and integrations.
• Strong business acumen: understand how customers buy and what they try to achieve.
• Operating strength: organized, tracks coverage, and handles programs without supervision.
• Ability to move between business requirements and technical capabilities.
• Experience with AI coding agents and pattern thinking.

Responsibilities

• Be the conduit between field, customers, and Product; translate needs in both directions.
• Build the skills, references, and patterns to cover 80% of common requests out of the box.
• Find patterns across requirements to create reusable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical capabilities and back into business outcomes.
• Test against real customer requirements and environments before field release.
• Document and teach what you build for field adoption.
