Job summary
Okta in San Francisco is seeking a field-facing product marketing/engagement leader for Okta Secures AI to drive pipeline and conversion across enterprise deals.
You’ll work directly with sellers and account teams, run win rooms, build sales motions, and shape messaging based on live customer signals. The role requires travel to events and customer engagements to accelerate deal velocity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in inbound product marketing or related roles for a technical B2B product.
- Track record owning a pipeline, bookings, or conversions tied to field engagement.
- Comfort shaping positioning and messaging based on live customer signals, and running rooms or executive briefings.
- Willingness to travel regularly for in-person events and customer engagements.
- Judgment to build trust with sellers by acting on their feedback.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers and deals alongside sellers.
- Speak at in-person events to reinforce Okta Secures AI narrative.
- Run win rooms and design sales motions to move deals through the pipeline.
- Own pitch decks and one-pagers for live deals and events.
- Turn recurring deal friction into reusable fixes and assets.
- Earn a standing seat at QBRs by turning seller feedback into usable assets.
- Keep messaging and materials aligned with field input.
