Starbridge is hiring a GTM Engineer to own the scaled outbound motion and build efficient workflows that drive pipeline in a large, fast-moving market. You will work with the Chief Growth Officer to implement creative, high-impact automation across tools and platforms.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in GTM at a B2B SaaS company, can integrate systems, and apply deliverability best practices to maximize outbound performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing GTM workflows at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools and system integrations.
• Familiarity with outbound strategies and deliverability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the scaled outbound motion and optimize end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate with Growth Leadership to drive pipeline growth.
