Job summary

Corridor is seeking a Growth Lead in San Francisco to build scalable GTM systems using code, data, APIs, automation and AI. You’ll own the pipeline engine, drive experiments, and partner with Sales, Marketing and leadership to accelerate revenue. This is a technically hands-on role with strong commercial impact.

You’ll identify opportunities, implement end-to-end solutions, and scale our go-to-market motions while working in a hybrid setup with three days in our South Beach office.

Qualifications

• Technical builder with commercial instincts and a track record of building automations, integrations, workflows or internal tools.
• Experience owning revenue outcomes and GTM metrics.
• Strong ability to move from strategy to executable code or workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build our GTM infrastructure across CRM, outbound, analytics, automation and internal tooling.
• Develop and scale self-service and enterprise motions from segmentation to measurement.
• Generate qualified pipeline and improve conversion across funnel stages.
• Identify funnel friction and implement data-driven solutions.
• Launch growth experiments across channels and messaging with measurable impact.
• Increase GTM velocity by rebuilding tooling or optimizing processes.
• Bootstrap RevOps with scalable, repeatable workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and leadership to shape Corridor’s GTM motion.
