Job summary

Alloy seeks a GTM Engineer to build and run an automation engine that generates pipeline. You’ll own inbound and outbound lead flows, enrich data, and integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, and sequencing tools.

You’ll ship fast, test ideas, and be measured on the pipeline you create for consumer brands. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of coding experience (Python or TypeScript), with a background in engineering or data and a passion for how buyers decide to engage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of writing product code, preferably in Python or TypeScript.
• Ability to build API integrations with authentication, pagination and retries.
• Experience automating go-to-market or sales workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inbound automation: qualify and route requests with quick human handoff when needed.
• Outbound automation: run signal-based email campaigns and track results.
• Own data flows and integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and sequencing tools.
• Ship working systems, measure pipeline impact, and iterate quickly.
• Deliver prioritized daily lead lists with context for sales reps.
• Experiment and optimize messaging, deliverability, and SLA targets.
