Clasp is hiring a GTM Engineer to own HubSpot end-to-end for both Clasp Talent and Clasp Finance. You will architect funnel systems, automate data flows, and integrate HubSpot with Snowflake and our product ecosystem.

This role rewards a systems-minded engineer who prefers building automation over manual processes. Work with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Data teams to define metrics, enforce data hygiene, and deliver reliable reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in revenue/marketing operations or GTM engineering with HubSpot hands-on experience.
• Experience building revenue infrastructure where little existed before.
• Experience in regulated industries with data consent and access controls.
• Track record delivering CRM changes on a live revenue team without breaking reporting.
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot: custom objects and properties, workflows, forms, CMS modules, APIs.
• SQL fluency; ability to reason about data models.
• REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, data mapping and reliable sync between systems.
• Scripting ability to automate repetitive tasks.
• Warehouse/BI exposure (Snowflake, dbt) is a strong plus.
• Applied LLM tooling for enrichment, scoring, or GTM analytics is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own HubSpot instance end-to-end across portals, including object model, lifecycle stages, and pipelines.
• Define funnel stages and GTM metrics for two motions with distinct vocabularies.
• Automate data hygiene and pipeline operations to reduce manual work.
• Implement territory, segmentation, and ICP logic in CRM; own routing and SLAs.
• Build lead/account scoring and the quota/comp infrastructure behind plan attainment.
