Job summary

Reeco in Miami is seeking an energetic GTM Engineer to build the systems powering our customer-facing teams. You will identify manual processes, design solutions, and ship automations that span Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations.

You’ll craft and improve Reeco’s internal operating system, integrating tools across HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, Slack, Snowflake, and more, and bring AI workflows into daily usage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering role building and shipping end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve Reeco’s internal operating system and GTM tools.
• Develop internal applications, workflows, and automations across the customer lifecycle.
• Build API integrations, webhooks, data syncs, and event‑driven workflows.
• Connect systems including HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, Slack, Snowflake, and others.
• Turn spreadsheets, manual processes, and repetitive work into scalable software.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to understand problems and deliver solutions.
• Own projects from discovery to deployment and iteration.
