Job summary

Reeco is redefining hospitality tech by building an internal operating system and AI‑driven workflows that connect Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations. You’ll design, build, ship, and iterate solutions that automate complex processes.

You’ll own end‑to‑end projects, collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable software that reduces manual work and accelerates customer delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software/engineering or similar technical role.
• Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integrations, and third‑party systems.
• Experience building internal tools, not just SaaS configuration.
• Ability to translate business problems into working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve Reeco’s internal operating system and GTM tools.
• Develop internal applications, workflows, and automations across the customer lifecycle.
• Build API integrations, webhooks, data syncs, and event‑driven workflows.
• Connect systems including HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, Slack, Snowflake, and others.
• Build AI and agentic workflows using company data and business context.
• Turn spreadsheets and manual processes into scalable software.
• Own projects from discovery through deployment and iteration.
