Qualifications
Deep understanding of LLM stack: prompting, retrieval, cognitive architectures.
Strong software engineering background (3+ years), with 1+ year in LLM production.
Self-directed and able to navigate ambiguity.
Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript.
Ability to translate customer pain points into scalable systems.
Responsibilities
Design and deploy production-grade agents for technical support.
Analyze friction points and build self-service AI systems.
Act as product owner, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing architectures.
Contribute back to the LangChain ecosystem based on customer feedback.
