Job summary

Clera is hiring for a technical go-to-market role in San Francisco, blending startup culture with AI tooling. You will work closely with the founding team and engineers to move pilots into customers and craft a repeatable go-to-market playbook.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in GTM with AI/ML exposure, strong writing, and a systems mindset. On-site presence in San Francisco is required. Compensation discussed in the first call.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of technical go-to-market experience in a developer-focused startup.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI agents and models; able to read code and discuss technical topics with ML engineers.
• Experience moving technical buyers from initial outreach through signed pilots.
• Strong writing skills for content, documentation, or talks to technical audiences.
• A systems mindset; capable of building processes from scratch using AI tools.
• Existing network or audience in the AI engineering community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research promising customer segments and build targeted outreach lists using research and automation tools.
• Start conversations with decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and warm introductions.
• Lead discovery calls and tailor live product demonstrations to customer workflows.
• Define pilot scope and success criteria, coordinate with engineering, and help customers achieve measurable results.
• Create public content, including posts, demo videos, talks, and case studies informed by customer insights.
• Track results, automate workflows, and document a repeatable go-to-market playbook.
• Share customer feedback with the founding team to inform product and positioning decisions.
