Job summary

Campfire, an AI-native ERP startup in San Francisco, is seeking a Technical GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to join the growing team. You will bridge Sales, Customer Success, and Product, building systems that accelerate pilots and shorten sales cycles.

You'll own pilot environments, instrumentation, and analytics, design scalable tooling, and enable the GTM org with training and data-driven insights as the product ships weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM operations or sales engineering in fast-moving B2B SaaS.
• Strong accounting/finance background to understand production functionality.
• Technical builder's instinct: scripting, automation, integrations.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and turn data into decisions.
• Familiarity with GTM stack (CRM like HubSpot) and cross-tool integrations.
• Excellent communicator able to train and enable others.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with startup pace.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate customer pilots and sandboxes for prospects.
• Instrument and track pilot usage to assess health and engagement.
• Own pilot analytics from demo to close, linking product touch to outcomes.
• Build and track SC performance analytics for leadership visibility.
• Own operations of pilot routing and admin relationships to ensure correct matches.
• Build internal tooling and automation for the SC workflow.
• Lead pilot enablement and feature enablement for the GTM org.
• Stand up competitive and field-signal instrumentation from pilots.
