Clera in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a go-to-market–focused candidate to help shape the sales approach for our industrial AI quality-inspection solution. You will work directly with the founders to turn conversations with manufacturers into factory visits and deployments.

The role emphasizes identifying decision-makers, building outbound outreach, and moving pilots forward, with a strong preference for candidates studying or recently graduated (0–5 years) and fluent English (German a plus).

Formación

• Currently studying or recently graduated with 0–5 years of experience.
• Strong English communication; German is a plus.
• Analytical, curious, and able to learn new industries quickly.
• Comfortable contacting senior decision-makers, handling rejection, and taking ownership without detailed instructions.
• Excited by startups, AI, robotics, or manufacturing. Experience in startups, consulting, investing, sales, or business development is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify promising manufacturing plants and the decision-makers involved in quality, engineering, and operations.
• Build and test outbound outreach through channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone, and events.
• Join customer conversations and help move interested manufacturers toward factory visits and pilot projects.
• Research manufacturing processes and identify where the product could deliver the most value.
• Help develop the ideal customer profile, messaging, sales process, pricing, and expansion strategy.
