Job summary

ASG is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and ship Clay-centered GTM systems that move revenue, bookings, pipeline, and rep performance across our OpCos. This hands-on role reports to the VP RevOps within the GTM Team.

You will build and maintain Clay workflows, deploy outbound stack tools, and partner with OpCo RevOps leaders to scope work and align to a portfolio-wide roadmap. You will prototype AI-enabled workflows and contribute to a shared playbook for the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Clay expertise including workflows and signals.
• Fluency with Salesforce/HubSpot operations and integration points.
• AI-forward mindset with willingness to pilot new tools and models.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, and executives.
• Experience across multiple industries in vertical SaaS.
• Understanding GTM differences for SMB, Mid-Market and Lower Enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows as outbound infrastructure.
• Deploy outbound stack including data providers and dialers.
• Partner with OpCo RevOps leaders to align on a portfolio-wide roadmap.
• Prototype AI-enabled GTM workflows in collaboration with ASG Engineering.
• Instrument reporting to the Bowtie Data Model to show impact.
