Job summary

ASG seeks a GTM Engineer to design and ship Clay-centered GTM systems that drive revenue, bookings, pipeline, and rep performance across its OpCos. This hands-on IC role sits at the intersection of GTM, AI, and RevOps, reporting to ASG's VP RevOps.

You will design Clay workflows, deploy outbound tools, partner with RevOps leaders, prototype AI workflows, and contribute to a portfolio-wide playbook. Salary bands are competitive with bonus and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Clay expertise: tables, enrichment workflows, signals, audiences, MCP connections.
• Fluency with Salesforce/HubSpot operations and integration points.
• AI-forward by default: evaluate/adopt new tools/models.
• Excellent cross-functional operator with multi-stakeholder experience (Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, C-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows as core outbound/inbound signals.
• Own deployment of outbound stack: data providers, dialers, intents, and agents.
• Partner with OpCo RevOps leaders to scope/work in sprints to a portfolio-wide roadmap.
• Prototype and productionize AI/agentic GTM workflows with ASG Engineering.
• Instrument reporting tying builds to Bowtie Data Model to show impact.
• Document builds and contribute to portfolio-wide playbook/skills library.
• Engage in the ASG RevOps Community across our portfolio.
