Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a GTM Builder for AI Labs to bridge go-to-market teams and product, turning customer needs into scalable technical solutions. You’ll translate requirements, build agent-ready patterns, and ensure end-to-end alignment between field and product.

You will operate across multiple teams, ship features to production, and document learnings for repeatable success. A strong business sense and Salesforce credentials will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building on the Salesforce platform: Apex, Flow, and LWC.
• Translate business requirements into technical capabilities with credibility.
• Track record shipping features to production and supporting them.
• Strong business judgment, operating instincts, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the conduit between field, customers and Product, and carry what the product can do back to the field.
• Build the agent skills, references, and reference patterns to cover 80% of requests out of the box.
• Find reusable patterns across many customer requirements and build for the common pattern.
• Translate business requirements into technical capabilities and vice versa with precision.
• Test solutions against real customer requirements and environments before field release.
• Maintain clear visibility of progress, coverage, and current state of work.
• Document and teach what you build so the field can use it without you in the room.
