Job summary

InstaLILY is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and run the engine that drives our outbound growth. You’ll own CRM integrations, ICP scoring, and AI-assisted workflows in a fast‑moving, AI‑native environment. The role emphasizes experimentation, data integrity, and practical impact across Sales, Marketing, and Product.

You’ll work with modern GTM tools, ship features end-to-end, and directly influence how we find and convert customers at a high velocity.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in growth, outbound, RevOps, or a GTM-adjacent role
• Technical background and willingness to apply it to revenue
• Comfort with SQL, Python or JavaScript, and APIs
• Experience with outbound tools and AI-enabled workflows

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and iterate outbound experiments: hypothesize → build → launch → measure → systematize
• Build ICP scoring models and intent-signal pipelines
• Own the prospecting and enrichment stack and connect it to CRM
• Build automations and scripts to keep CRM clean, queryable, and trustworthy
• Extend AI-native workflows: agent skills for call prep and signal digests
• Stand up dashboards and reporting tied to source data
• Automate repetitive tasks to free up reps and improve efficiency
