Job summary

Flam builds AI models and products for interactive content, taking the internet beyond videos. We’re seeking a GTM engineer to design data, automation and AI workflows to find buyers and personalize outreach at scale.

You’ll build outbound/inbound engines, apply LLMs to sales workflows, and own GTM data architectures while collaborating with sales leaders and product teams. Position based in San Francisco, with US market scope.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth engineering or technical sales/solutions roles.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs and agents to real sales or marketing workflows.
• Strong CRM and data skills (SQL, data modelling, enrichment pipelines).
• Understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles, ideally in AI, adtech or martech.
• Bias to ship: you prototype in days, measure and iterate.
• Clear communicator who works well with sales leaders and founders.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound and inbound engines: prospecting, enrichment, scoring, routing and sequencing across tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft.
• Build AI-powered GTM workflows and agents for account research, personalised outreach, meeting prep, follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• Use Flam's own products in the funnel, for example personalised Flicks or Visual Agent experiences sent to target accounts as outreach, and prompt-generated demo Flams for prospects.
• Own GTM data: CRM architecture, ICP definition, lead and account scoring, attribution and dashboards.
• Build technical demos and proof-of-concepts with Sales using the Flam platform, its embeds, links and Flam Codes.
• Run experiments across segments and geographies and report clear results.
• Automate pipeline, conversion and campaign reporting.
• Feed customer and market signals back to Product and Engineering.
