Job summary

3E is hiring a GTM Enablement and Operations Manager in the United States. You will partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Commercial Enablement to build scalable go-to-market processes and enable commercial teams with effective sales plays and training.

You’ll lead product launch lifecycle planning, evolve our solution positioning, and monitor customer adoption to maximize long-term value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product marketing with accountability for GTM strategy and orchestration.
• Strong GTM expertise focused on sales enablement and driving growth, with proven impact on adoption or revenue.
• AI and Commercial Tech acumen with tools like Jira, SFDC, Pendo, Gong.
• Project and stakeholder management to drive execution across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from market data.
• Leadership and influence to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in high-growth mid-sized software or data companies is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch planning across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market efforts including positioning and enablement.
• Mine win/loss data and market trends to refine product positioning.
• Develop compelling product messaging for key buyer personas.
• Equip sales and customer teams with training, pricing guidance, and playbooks.
• Track campaign performance, pipeline growth, and product adoption.
• Develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies.
• Evolve GTM strategies based on customer insights and performance data.
