Job summary

Iterable is seeking a Director of GTM AI Enablement to own strategy, design, and evolution of AI-powered enablement across the revenue org. You will lead a team delivering just‑in‑time content, training, and systems that accelerate field ramp and elevate business acumen.

You will partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to embed AI guidance into the tech stack, build scalable processes, and foster a culture of data‑driven learning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of building/high‑performing enablement or content teams.
• Demonstrated ability to reduce ramp time and improve quota attainment.
• Experience building or deploying AI/ML‑enhanced enablement programs.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally martech or adjacent space.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy just‑in‑time AI enablement content, talks, and competitive intel.
• Lead field ramp, onboarding, and certification programs with milestone calendars.
• Translate business objectives into enablement initiatives with clear timelines and metrics.
• Oversee creation of battle cards, playbooks, scripts, and training to reduce deal friction.
• Build and lead a high‑performing GTM AI enablement team and scale it with the business.
