Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that unifies the GTM stack for ambitious teams in San Francisco. We are hiring a Client Operations role to own customer support, client operations, and product operations, acting as the backbone between EPD, GTM, and customers.

In this high-autonomy, high-pace environment, you will resolve tough customer questions, design scalable processes, and help ship features in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication—clear product explanations to customers and precise bug reporting to engineers.
• Strong operational instincts and track record of building processes where none existed.
• High ownership and ability to work across multiple functions without direction.
• Technical ability to collaborate with engineering, reproduce issues, and discuss product mechanics.
• Relentless work ethic and benchmark for quality.
• Comfort with ambiguity at an early-stage company and eagerness to build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer how-to questions and resolve customer issues quickly and completely, owning them through to resolution.
• Coordinate with EPD on bugs—reproduce, triage, escalate issues, and close the loop with customers when fixes ship.
• Turn recurring questions into documentation, playbooks, and product feedback so the same issue never has to be solved twice.
• Own the strategic and complex work we execute on behalf of customers, ensuring high standard delivery.
• Build repeatable processes and quality controls for customer-facing operational work as volume scales.
• Partner with Launch Operations and FDAEs to support customers across onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Serve as the conduit between EPD, GTM, and the customer on internal projects.
• Help ship new features and coordinate rollouts across teams and customers.
• Gather customer feedback on new features and iterate quickly, delivering fast, high-signal feedback to EPD.
