Job summary

Rogo is building Wall Street's first true AI analyst and is scaling its go-to-market organization. This role leads GTM enablement from ground up, owning onboarding and readiness across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partners.

You will collaborate with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product to ensure the field can confidently sell, deploy, and expand a complex, enterprise-grade AI platform.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in GTM roles or enablement functions.
• Experience as an early enablement hire in a scaling company.
• Ability to translate complex AI/technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Build GTM enablement from zero, defining charter, model, and priorities.
• Own onboarding at scale for a complex, enterprise AI product.
• Create field-ready playbooks for enterprise sales cycles and pilots.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate positioning into field messaging.
• Lead launch readiness for new capabilities and trainings.
• Enable frontline managers with coaching frameworks and cadence.
• Establish feedback loops from the field to Product and GTM leadership.
• Define and track enablement success metrics and drive improvements.
