Rogo is seeking a GTM Associate in NYC to join a structured apprenticeship into enterprise sales at the frontier of AI and finance. You will work at the center of live deals, blending strategic outbound, product mastery, and pre-sales execution with premier financial institutions.

You will learn from top bankers and executives, partnering with Account Executives through discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept cycles while building tailored demos and plays designed to win multi-million-dollar

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2–4 years in client-facing sales or finance-adjacent field preferred.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to master a complex platform and explain it credibly to a sophisticated audience.
• Strong communication and executive presence with MDs, PMs, and C-Suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve true product mastery across the Rogo platform and become a trusted resource in live client conversations.
• Partner with Account Executives across the full deal cycle: discovery, demos, evaluations, and proofs of concept.
• Build and tailor demo environments and use cases mapping Rogo to prospect workflows.
• Drive strategic outbound into named enterprise accounts with targeted messaging.
• Contribute to deal strategy: stakeholder mapping, qualification, and identifying the pain that moves deals forward.
• Feed client and competitive insight back to product, marketing, and leadership as the market connective tissue.
• Master and sharpen playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks to scale Rogo's GTM engine.
