Job summary

Archera is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to shape how our go-to-market teams and partners build expertise—from onboarding to certification. You will own the certification program and create scalable enablement across Sales, CS, TAMs, Alliances, and partner ecosystems.

Based in a remote-friendly environment, you will translate product and policy into clear, engaging training, partnering with Field Engineering to maintain a trusted knowledge base and ensure consistency across all audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across enablement, technical enablement, or cloud consulting.
• 2+ years designing and delivering training programs.
• Certified cloud practitioner or higher in at least one major provider.
• Able to get demo-fluent in a technical product.
• Experience enabling external technical audiences and building enablement programs.
• Ability to make complex, quantitative ideas click for executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the GTM enablement roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Create onboarding and ramp programs for Sales, CS, TAMs, Alliances, and partners.
• Maintain a trusted source of enablement content with Field Engineering.
• Own launch enablement for new features and programs across releases.
• Design role- and maturity-tiered curricula for partner personas and deliver live, workshops, and self-serve tracks.
• Build and maintain a reusable demo program and a scalable certification track.
