Job summary

Genetec is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to design, develop, deliver, and measure learning programs that boost productivity and performance across the go-to-market organization. You will translate complex product and customer information into engaging learning experiences to drive measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Sales, Channel, Partner, Product Marketing, Operations, and Enablement leadership to support onboarding, readiness, adoption, and continuous development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enablement programs for GTM teams.
• Ability to diagnose performance gaps and design scalable learning solutions.
• Familiarity with onboarding, readiness, adoption, and continuous development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to diagnose GTM performance gaps.
• Design onboarding curricula, certification programs, and learning paths.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content with engaging formats.
• Develop assessments and knowledge checks to validate readiness.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation and personalization.
• Support readiness for sales, channel, and partner teams.
• Define success metrics and measure program effectiveness.
